Our durable powder-coated laser engraved tumblers don’t have any stickers or ink to peel off – your design is permanently etched on the tumbler. For colored cups, the tough, scratch-resistant powder coat is etched off to reveal the silver beneath. For silver cups, we use a permanent marking compound that is bonded into the steel by the heat of our laser. It will not come off under the harshest conditions. (We have to use a wire wheel on a bench grinder when we make a mistake.)

- Hand wash with mild dish soap and non-abrasive cloth. Do not use products containing chlorine.
- Do not freeze. Do not microwave. Do not put in the dishwasher. (You could damage the vacuum, making your tumbler much less efficient.)

01Which file types work best?
Send us PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI. For the sharpest print, aim for 300 DPI or higher — and a transparent background helps a lot when you want a clean die-cut.
02Do I see the design before it prints?
Always. You get an online proof to review and approve first, and you can ask for tweaks until it looks right. Nothing goes on the press without your go-ahead.
03How fast will my order arrive?
Most jobs are produced in 24–48 hours, then handed to the carrier — typically 2–4 business days in transit depending on where you are.
04Are there bulk discounts?
