Order Details
- Minimum order: 6 pieces per order
- Digitizing fee: A one-time digitizing fee applies if you don’t have a digitized embroidery file — the file is yours to keep for future orders
- Digital proof: Allow up to 2 business days. Check your spam folder!
- Approval window: Approve or request changes within 24 hours — if we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed to production
- Turnaround: 5–8 business days for production after approval
