What to Know Before You Order
- Color matching: We print in CMYK and do our best to match all colors. Note that neons and bright RGB colors may vary slightly.
- Digital proof: Allow up to 1 business days to receive your digital proof showing the cutting line. Check your spam folder!
- Approval window: Please approve or request changes within 24 hours of receiving your proof. If we don't hear back, we'll proceed to production.
- Turnaround time: 5–8 business days for production, plus shipping time.
- Shipping address: Double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipping fee.

01Which file types work best?
Send us PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI. For the sharpest print, aim for 300 DPI or higher — and a transparent background helps a lot when you want a clean die-cut.
02Do I see the design before it prints?
Always. You get an online proof to review and approve first, and you can ask for tweaks until it looks right. Nothing goes on the press without your go-ahead.
03How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders take 5–12 business days from order to delivery. Need it sooner? Email info@printlaserstitch.com about rush options.
04Are there bulk discounts?
Yes — larger quantities automatically drop the per-unit price. Planning a big run (500+)? Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
